I am a mental health & relationship expert with over 15 years and 15,000 hours researching the science of trauma – and teaching the art of healing. I believe that our children inherit our mental health and that how we feel about ourselves impacts everything we create!
As a retired psychology professor, licensed therapist, DEI consultant, and social scientist, I'm not only a Healer... I am also a Healer of healers.
